You can by going into Color Range and from the pop up menu at the top
selecting Out of Gamut. It will give you a selection based on the profile
selected in Color Settings for your CMYK space. I think it could be a lot
more useful, perhaps, if you could base it on the profile selected in Proof
Setup.
