Andy, are you sure you've written this correctly? I think you'll find that
most people take out a lease for the very good reason that it relieves one's
cash flow situation! One of the main benefits of leasing is that one does
not need to dish out �2000-�3000 (or whatever amount) now, but can relieve
one's cash flow by spreading the cost over a 2 to 3 year period.

If you (I'm sure you do) or others, do not understand this fundamental
point, then you/they need to look at leasing in a new light and perhaps
learn a little more about it.

Hope you don't take this the wrong way (I'm most certainly not having a dig
or anything, I'm just trying to clarify a point), kind regards Paul
