Hi Stuart, Yes. I have made contacts from 120 neg-film using a Powerlook 2100XL and tranny hood, which I think is pretty similar in spec. to your 9600XL. Very pleased with the results. The hassle is setting up at the beginning for your particular negs. But once you've done it. Its all gravy. The results I got were probably too good, to be honest. It lost me further scanning business, as my client ended up cutting out the contacts and using the contact scans for a web-site (after they cleaned them up). The original plan was that they would order individual scans for actual use. Apparently they never needed to ! Good Luck. Best wishes, David
