I wish people would start using ftp more often, our emails normally bounce back on larger file sizes. Two options spring to mind...
1. Change ISP to one who doesn't limit the size of your mailbox (or possibly aggregates both web space and mailbox), they do exist.
2. The Hermstedt Sting Ray is an off-the-shelf solution for integrating ADSL and ISDN file transfers. It acts as a direct secure gateway into your company. You can put files there and let outside people login and pick them up, and visa versa.
Its an expensive solution for a small company, but it looks like a complete solution.
I've no experience of using it. No doubt a Linux box running Mitels free SME Server could be set up to do something similar, if a knowledgeable person put their mind to it.
