Thomas,
Put the action in a folder, select the folder, hold down Cmd+Opt+Shift,
click on the Actions palette menu and then choose Save Actions. It will save
the action as a text file that you can edit or print.
It maybe that you don't need to hold down all of those modifier keys but I
can't remember the exact combination - I think it is all of them.
