I would just like to add to this love-in that I regard Neil as THE colour management guru in the UK.
He has been a great help to me. Neil has profiled 1 Flextight, 4 printers, and 2 monitors for me, all work perfectly. Having everything properly profiled has been nothing short of revolutionary to my work, and to my confidence in my ability to output images exactly the way I want them. He has shown great patience and has provided telephone support well beyond what I would have expected. That goes for Thomas too.
