Hi Aitor, Mine has a separate cable (serial type) coming directly from the Sinar back with a sync box to plug a sync cable into. Failing that, I have heard of people using a two to one adapter on the sync socket on the lens - one to fire the Sinar back and one to fire the flash, although I haven't tested this myself and can't vouch for it not doing damage to the back...
