We may talk a little differently - but foreign? Methinks you jest? ;-)

Sorry for my lack of clarity Duncan - I meant foreign as in "not from these isles," rather than "from the uncharted territory beyond Hadrian's Wall"... Perhaps I talked to Adobe's foreign personnel by chance, but in any case they were knowledgeable & helpful, though they couldn't find my registration form, faxed to them in the approved manner.
