Adobe knows about this its something that Apple have to fix. I can't say it
has happened to me since 10.2.3, however Adobe recommend not allowing your
hard disk to sleep in the energy saving system preferences.
I have: Never put system to sleep when inactive
Separate timing for monitor set at 30 minutes
Do Not select put hard disk to sleep when possible.
This should solve your problem.
