I am unable to open NEF files from myD1X into Photoshop 7.0.1. They have downloaded OK into Nikon View 5.1.3 but when I try to "edit using Photoshop 7" it only gets as far as the raw adjustments dialogue box and does not show the preview. If I OK that anyway it tells me it cant open the image because of a programme error. I am running the same system successfully on a G3 laptop and I just cant see any difference in the way I have set Photoshop up.The NEF plug in is installed in the same place. The tech support at Nikon have been unable to offer advice other than reinstall the Nikon software throw away the nikon prefs and rebuild the desktop, both of which I have done I am using a mac G3 with 750mb ram running 9.1. If anyone has any suggestions I would be most grateful. Duncan Davis
