[PRODIG] Toast 3.5.7 OS 9.2 and how to configure it!

Am I being especially dull today? Toast 3.5.7 loaded on a G4 400 OS 9.2 and when it starts there are no file options available just have to accept data: Mac files and folders.

The manual does not help so please someone tell me the secret of how to access the different file writing options and any other options too. ISO 9660 is the most pressing!
