Paul,
I have the same problem and I think its a bug that Adobe have never quite
worked out under Photoshop 7.0. The irony is that it keeps asking me to
re-install something from before that has already been installed. I think
that your only practical option is to check regularly at the Adobe web site
for the meanwhile.
