Printing a 1G1 file it gave up half way through with page file set to 2 to 3 GB, and only about a GB of disc free. The same file printed when I educed the page file to 1GB to 2GB, and created over 3 GB of free disc space. I think the disc space requirement might be about twice the file size. I printed from PS 6.0 on the old PC to save time on the main PC - it took over an hour to start printing, and another two or so to finish printing...
