I have used the Oyster for portfolio prints. I bought three boxes of A3+
from Process Supplies in London. One of the boxes was completely different
in appearance. Process Supplies didn't know anything about it or if there
were batch numbers which there aren't. I phoned Permajet and they said they
had changed the paper at some point but didn't notify anybody because they
didn't think anybody would notice! When I moaned they offered to compensate
me with another three boxes. Iasked if I could get any of the old type -
which is warmer than the the new - to which they replied that they didn't
have any of the old type. When I checked the three boxes one of them was the
old type! The difference is more than enough to screw up a profile.
