John and Ian--

To get the Adobe Camera Raw installer to run successfully, please ensure
that your Photoshop application folder has not been renamed (i.e. that
it's still "Adobe Photoshop 7") and that the PNG plug-in isn't missing
from the Plug-Ins:Adobe Photoshop Only:File Formats folder. If the
problem persists, please ask for help on the Photoshop user forum or
call Adobe customer service to verify your serial number. Links to both
are on http://www.adobe.co.uk.

Thanks,
J.

Have downloaded (and therefore paid for) the new photoshop Raw plug-in
but
cannot get it to install, it keeps coming up with error message saying
cannot find a version of photoshop. I am up to date with version 7.0.1
and
am running OSX 10.1.5 on both a Powerbook G4 and a desktop G4. Had the
same
problem trying to install under OS9.1 as well.

Has anyone else had this problem. Still waiting for Adobe to come back
to me
since last week.

Thanks all

Regards
