For audio choose on the CDA Options tab select 'Tempfile strategy' and unless your system is high spec try reducing the write speed. I have found Nero's help to be very thorough - click help topics under help and in the index look for 'Burning audio files from CD' and 'Verifying audio read quality' follow the links - it does get a bit technical but I have been able to copy music CDs adding CD text for my daughter which she loves because one of her CD players displays the text. Also go to the www.nero.com site and upgrade to v5.5.9.0 (should be a free upgrade) > When I drag files from my hard drive to the writing window, the file names > and folders all change to capitals.
