We just release a brand new product, Digital GEM a plug-in for Photoshop
compatible image editors. It does an incredible job of removing noise from
scanned images as well as digital camera images.

You may also want to consider a Nikon or Minolta scanner with Digital GEM
imbedded in the scanner software. It uses a different algorithm from the
Digital GEM plug-in, but is very effective as well.

Good luck scanning.

Subject: [PRODIG] Grain on scans from NEG...

Could anyone make some recommendations for lessening the effects of film
grain when scanning neg.

We already have a number of scans which have been done... any quick
solutions to fixing the grain artefacts at this stage..?
