Forgive this, it really isn't an anti Mac snipe <BG>
I was working with a colleague who was using a powerbook and he had exactly
this issue. We put the card in a PC laptop and pulled them all off and the
re-loaded them via another card. Something to do with mac and FAT16 / 32
formatting I guess? The other way is to use Photorescue by Datarescue.com.
25US approx - will recover even the most corrupt card. The demo allows you
to see all the inmages on the card, but not to save them. Mac & PC
compatible.
