Perhaps the classic launch fixes the issue I describe below?
I corresponded with Rob Griffith at Typemaker about this, back in january he wrote:

If CB Video Start up has loaded under classic it should reset the LUT for OS X as well. I guess you should do some comparison tests, booted from 9 and then under classic. I've just done this on my Mac and it seemed to work OK.

I also wrote to Color.com about the OSX versions, and they indicated March. However I wrote a reminder last weekend and they haven't replied as yet.
I still like it as a product. But if you don't already have it I couldn't recommend the hassle of the above workaround - wait for the OSX version.
