FWIW the performance on both my 1290 and 2100 are worse than ever with the latest drivers, not allowing me to delete printers from the configurations and constantly deciding to autonomously stop the print queue, even at mid point. The colours are also up the creek suddenly. The fun art is that no matter what I do, some remnant of these drivers stay in the print centre!
