Hello Listee's, I'm having great difficulties creating a useable monitor profile for my second monitor, which is connected to a G4 Dual 867 (OS10.2.4) via a Dr Botts ADC VGA converter. I am running two CRT monitors on the one card (NVDA GeForce4MX) The first monitor (LaCie22") profiles fine (attached to card via Apples own DVI to VGA converter). The profile for second monitor (LaCie19") is no way near the ball-park, producing a high contrast saturated dark 'mess' of the comparison image I am using. I am double checking that the correct profiles I have made are selected for each monitor in the Displays Preferences Panel, and have re-calibrated each monitor twice to check my procedure is OK. (I also note I get a much better on screen rendition of the test image on the 19" if I select the 22" profile, instead of the profile custom built for the 19" !). Is anyone on the list aware of any issues of incompatibility with using ADC to VGA converters - or even better - can show tell me what I'm doing wrong ! I'm using Eye One Match 1.3 to make the monitor profiles. Many thanks, David
