There should be no visible differences, unless your monitor space has a significantly larger color gamut than sRGB ... which is a small possibility, but not likely. Working with a monitor and with AdobeRGB (and other large gamut spaces, e.g., Ektaspace, DonRGB, etc) is relying on faith that the color are indeed there, but not shown.
