Indirect Answer I'm afraid. But your statement is slightly incorrect. Saying
IPC magazines does not accept digital images is far too broad a statement.
Perhaps the title you are working for does not, but this does not mean that
the same is true for all the other titles.

I regularly shoot for Wedding & Home magazine (IPC) and I can assure you
that they have no problem whatsoever accepting digital images. Or perhaps
they do, but have not informed me for at least the last six issues, that it
is a problem. Nor did the former Art Editor inform me that it was a problem
(I should know, she's my partner). I have also done full bleed fashion for
them digitally, without any problems. If you want a reference to the exact
issues etc. mail me off-list. Perhaps this will convince your title that
there is not a problem with digital images.

Which title is it?
