I would like to create a custom white balance for my Fuji S2 using my studio strobes. In the auto WB mode the images with these lights are a bit yellow even after using a color meter on the lights and filtering them back to daylight. They are certainly easily correctible in PS but I would like to fix the slight color shift in the camera if I can.
The instruction book says to fill the frame with the white card and depress the shutter button until the display says that it has it. It mentions nothing about strobes at all in this book. I would think that even if you pressed the button and fired off the strobes manually you still get a white balance on the ambient light before the strobes fire.
Am I missing something? Can this kind of WB be done?
I'd appreciate any information.
