Dear All I am currently shooting a job where we are creating a distant soft background made up of subtle tones of reasonably bright colours.
All appears fine on screen, i.e sometimes you are able to see the colours or areas that are going to give you trouble in porduction, but when we softproof the image the colour blocks in fiercely and all the subtlety of the tones is lost. We have looked into adjusting the saturation/replacing the colour which works to some degree however any words of wisdom with regard to this would be greatly appreciated.
