[PRODIG] EXIF info

Hi there,   I am new to this list and have only been on it for a week or so. I am a mainly an Editorial photographer and found out about it thorough EPUK.   I know this is probably a very basic question but does anybody know how to remove the EXif info from a file. a while ago somebody told me before sending to remove this info in certain cases but I cannot find how to do it.   I would be very grateful for your help.   Regards   Malcolm Case-Green
