I rang the UK PR agency. Nothing. They had all gone home at 5.30pm!! Isn't
that just typical! Nothing appeared in any publication in the UK until nine
days after the event!

Do not laugh at Africa or any other supposedly third world country. They do
have the technology and are learning 'catch-up' very quickly indeed. Those
who can - do, and have the enthusiasm and the will to get to the future
before any worn out PR agency in the UK. Hence they are prepared to work
harder and longer than many of their counterparts in the UK.

Its called - giving service to your client!

The same goes for digital image makers.

Beware!

Dear Norman

Smashing story and you are a braver man than I! Doesn't your experience just sum up the worst of the so called 'service' industry where they wouldn't know service if they fell over it!

Service is something most of us provide, not only because we feel it's an essential part of our business, but out of a sense of pride in looking after the needs of our clients.

All the best
