I have a 2M/400 fulltime connection. It went down for a morning a 
couple of weeks ago but apart from that it has proved reliable. Checks 
at http://www.adslguide.org.uk show that it's up to speed

Before I signed up I talked to a guy there who surprisingly seemed to 
know what he was talking about, but I've not needed the support - I've 
been using broadband for a few years & already had all the equipment.  
I suspect most of their users are fairly experienced.

You do know they are 'wires only' don't you? - no e-mail facilities etc.
