Thanks Paul. I've now upgraded to v2.0.2 , but... The monitor profile created using this new version of the software is even more magenta on the G4 titanium laptop. In fact I remade a profile using ProfileMaker 4.1 and our spectrolino and it makes the Eye one profile look totally unusable. I am concerned that none of the subscribers to this list that retail these items has come forward with knowledge of this bug or any possible explanation. As for BasicColor, I downloaded the demo - 6 free uses (which conflicts with the Gretag software BTW) but it has crashed 3 times already with the eye one monitor spyder (Mac OS 9.2.2 G4 PB).
