Advanced takes only a few minutes here, maybe 10, haven't tried it recently.

The Spyder can be nasty, you did right to move on up. Gretag's Match SW
is a bit basic IMO. they make profilemaker pro for more needy users,
but it's a BIG price jump.

Personally I do prefer the basICColor Display SW, it gives a better -
more print like softproof - also  it seems to do better with difficult
monitors and certainly has more user options, I hope it will soon (as
rumoured) be available as an upgrade for eyeOne Display users. (BTW
both eyeOne Display and basICColor Squid are made by sequel which is
now a GretagMacbeth company, so don't worry about your device.)

However, if something is wrong with your screen or video card, it might
just be time to get a new one.
