Hi All,

I don't often write to the list but today I felt like it's worthwhile to
point out an interesting thing.

I ran out of ink on my 9600 Epson so after replacing the yellow and light
magenta I thought I take one of the cartridges apart see how much ink is
left in it and how complicated it is!

Surprise, surprise! The yellow cartridge contained 40ml of extra ink!

40ML!!!

That's 10.50 at Epson price on the 220ml

or

at the 12ml (? I'm not sure) Epson 2100 rate it's

 40!!!!!

on an other way

it would fill up aprox. 3 yellow cartridges for the 2200! (if they are 12 ml
I'm not sure)

What do you think!?

By the way the cartridge is very simple and if you have ever opened a wine
box to squeeze the last drop out of it than you would be very familiar with
the design.

Those inks can't be too expensive if Epson decides to through away 40ml
after every 220ml!?
