Can't say I've seen that before I'm afraid. Not unless it's a coloured image
at the top and a green field at the bottom that's supposed to be green <G>.

Nope. An ICC profile is a simple Text file witn lookup tables. The same part
of the profile is used for the entire image, so it isn't the profile.
Profiles either work (with accurate colours or non accurate colours) or does
not work at all.

If this fails you may want to have him try another printer and see if it's
the hardware of the 1270 that is screwed.
