  Like they say ... "if it sounds too good to be true ..."

  Actually, what they claim is true ... no degradation.  But what does that
actually say?  What you need when you resample (up) is image improvement ...
or, more exactly, pixel improvement.  GF actually does a pretty good job
anticipating pixels based on algorithmic interpretation of surrounding
pixels, but this is for shapes which are predictable ... diagonal lines, etc
... bvut isn't worth the CPU time for most unpredictable shapes.

  I suggest you try it ... and there is more on this subject in the archives
if you search for resampling, genuine fractals, upsampling.
