Why won't my LaCie External Hard Drive mount on my desktop?
I recently re-formatted the hard drive on my Powerbook G4 and installed OS X 10.2.6.
All going well the first week, but now the Lacie 128GB (My Backup) will not mount on to the desktop.
Disc Utility will 'recognise' the LaCie External Hard Drive, Verify, and Repair it (no problems showing).
I ran Nortons 7 on the Lacie and found a number of Major problems in Catalogue B tree.
I chose not to fix the problems using Nortons, as I had previously wiped my G4 running Nortons 7.
Any suggestions how I can save my data and mount it on my desktop?
