I have always had great service from crucial.com based in Scotland. 
Their prices are usually some of the lowest, the quality of their 
chips is first class, and their delivery is usually next day by Royal 
Mail Special Delivery at no cost.

I don't know whether they still have memory for the 9500 but its 
probably worth a look.
