Paul, Thanks for the reminder...I have just ordered the new edition of Katrin's book from Amazon.com. As you say, it was launched in July ($34), so it is very new. So far, readers rate it higher than they do the first edition, but there have only been two reviews on Amazon.
I think you will be safe in buying the second edition. Cost is the same and it seems Katrin has taken careful note of comments made by the early readers of her book.
