Jessops do it (Ilford), full price though. 

You can get Kodak paper cheap in some of the supermarkets (Tesco). I got ok
results but don't use it anymore since I got profiled for the Ilford
Classic/Fotonic combination.

One thing to keep in mind is that as you are going to get profiled you have
to know that the paper will be available for sometime in the future (unless
you don't mind coughing up another �100 each time you change paper). I
bought 300 sheets of Ilford Classic just to make sure. 

Another option may be to get Lyson\Marrutt to send you some samples. It may
work out cheaper to use their canned profiles with Lyson paper than cheaper
paper plus profile. Lyson now do bulk packs - 250 sheets - of some of their
papers.
