Im scanning at low resolution using the scanners Job web setting.While doing a pre scan the cropping function comes on and I can't get rid of it even though it is not turned on. However if I change the web scan setting from 320x240 to 600x404 the crop problem dissapears ! Any ideas or am I overlooking something obvious.
