Well actually: Fuji has a negative IT8,7/1 target (on fujifilm) and Fuji ColorKit support building negative profiles. Haven't tried it but I can forsee a handfull of potential problems (exposure changes the reddish base colour) various films have various colour bases and a few more. It may work on fuji film though.
