Can anyone help with this please?
PC, W2K, running QuickTime 6.3 Player (not QT Pro)
After viewing several files from a LaCie 200gb Firewire external disk, the next time I booted up, a warning message appeared saying:
4dc= qttask.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DRO Cancel Try Again Continue
Both Cancel and Continue allows the system to carry on normally.
The LaCie was correctly unmounted and disconnected. I've tried reopening files from it, then closing them, then closing QT, then unmounting and disconnecting disk. Also looked at all the QT preferences and options.
But every time I reboot I get this message. How can I get rid of it?!!
Many thanks, David
