HiIt may be a red herring, but I was advised some time ago that the main cause of failure with inkjets was paper 'dust' jamming up the workings and that the best preventative measure was to give it a quick dyson from time to time. This may or may not be so, but it does seem logical, costs nothing - and maybe your 1160 is slipping on the dust...
Any tips to solve this minor but annoying problem.
I have been using as Epson 1160 with Lyson smooth fine art paper 300gsm
quite happily. Yesterday I printed about a dozen sheets no problem but then
for some reason the printer started to struggle to pick the next sheet up.
