Actually, the "Epson print window" is still there. Just select File > Print.
OTOH, the Print window (accessed from the Print With Preview command - very
confusing), is a proprietary Adobe window and has naught to do with Epson.
But it is the window that contains the "source," or Source Space, and
"output," or Print Space, options - the Output option leads to more options
and, therefore, shouldn't be confused with Print Space. You can find the
options, as Matthew says, by first ticking the Show More Options box and
then from the popup menu, selecting Color Management.
If you use color management in the PwW dialog box (or Print as its
officially labelled), you should turn it off in the Epson driver's dialog
box; otherwise, you will get a double-dose of color management - which may
be just what you are after to give your prints an edge over the competition.
IWC, ignore the above advice.
