I posted a while back regarding problems my customer has printing (with a custom profile from me) on a Epson 1270 from a G4 dual 500 running OsX 10.2.5. Part of the image is often very green - no stripes though - this is not a head problem, seems to be data related.
We have remaid the profile, tried using a third party USB card but still there seems to be some corruption of the file. The funny thing is that if you do a print preview you see it there also. Mabey 1/4 top of the image is fine, the rest green. Next time you try with the same image you see half of the image ok, rest green. And then mabey (if you are lucky) for the third time you do the print preview all of the image is ok and it prints ok.
There are no problems printing from Os9 on this same machine.
What on earth could this be - faulty RAM?
Any help would be great.
