My Mac can see the digital camera through it and fire the camera through it. It cannot however download an image down it.
The Camera software looses the camera during download and crashes.
The connection works perfectly with the supplied 2m cable.
This has only happened since downloading the latest camera firmware upgrade.
Is being more than 2 m away from a computer too much to expect???????
The phase one I use has a 10m firewire cable and causes no probs.
Any ideas, anyone? Cheers Matthew Ward
