Don't know as I've not used an S2 > Does N.View output 10mpixels from D1X from within PS? Yes & No. View does not do much apart from preview the files from the camera. If you want 10mp files its best to work with Adobe Raw in PS, Nikon Capture or Bibble. I believe (but may well be wrong) that the PS import plugin that is part of View does not utilise the full Raw file info. Try splitting them up into folders? I use Iview on 300 images often & its OK for speed. Don't expect it to show a full screen nef though. I label the nefs using Iview, move them (selected by label) into another folder then use PS file browser & adobe Raw to process them. Works for me but your experience may well be different.
