You can more easily create droplets in ImageReady, that comes with Photoshop, than trying to do this in PS.

I'll have to dig around a bit to find the instructions for this, but its very easy, and quick. (reason I can't put my finger on it immediately: I just moved from Texas, back home to Hawaii, just received all my junk, and am still unpacking and organizing.)
Write me off-list and I'll dig this out....if I can find it.
I originally got it off the Apple website, in a list of "Resources" for users of Adobe products. Can't find it on the website any longer.....durn it.

As Actions seem to require 'save as' rather than 'save' is there a way to
avoid this? Even when creating a Droplet, the files I drog onto it remain
the same and the resulting files end up on a distant hard disk. I'm
intending to sort out my workflow with some Droplets when my G5 arrives, and
I'm not off to a good start.

Any thoughts gratefully received.
