I've been with oneandone.co.uk for a good few years now. No problems at all. I've got an older hosting account which they don't do anymore but I'll be upgrading to either the business or professional account very soon without any hesitation. They do domain registration - again no problems with mine. Their online control panel is comprehensive and easy to use. Never had a problem with the site being unavailable (to my knowledge). There's no ads or popups.
All in all - very positive. And good value too for what you get for your money.
