No, in my case neither could Apple or Adobe. If you are OSX try making your self a new user,
system preferences>Accounts. I have/had some very strange issues with colorsync (I think) which included duplicate profiles. A new user sorted them all, but has caused a few problems with ownership and permissions as a result.
