10/Nov/03 Warning to people who order over "Sonystyle":
-I ordered from Sonystyle on the 6th Nov. (Computers) spoke to a salesman called Peter in order to make sure I get the computer in time. -They took the money from my Amex. The same time and date with a promised delivery date for today. -The gear is still in Belgium as I write. (8PM) -They did not deliver as promised by a Peter Marran (avoid him) -Supervisor (Steve Goldbi) told me that it is good news that the money has been taken off my account because it means that I have the goods shortly. He will ring me back to tell me when, he did not. I don't have the goods and no indication when I will receive them. I rang 4 times today and every time they told me they would ring back. They never rang back. This is stealing with the Sony badge stuck on their foreheads: "SONYSTYLE" It is up to you to change the label. Amex asked me: do I have a written statement or e-mail to the promised delivery date? NO! Another lesson learned: don't trust words, don't trust Sony!
