yes. The fastest time with a Betterlight scanning full frame is 66 secs.
Thats at 1/120 th sec
I have shot stately home interiors with the Betterlight. Long exposures of
several minutes are a problem though (not to the camera just to me). The
last one was on a 3 floor high atrium. V. Dark at the base and a glass roof.
I shot it in sections allowing for the light difference. I also moved the
camera back to widen the view.

 yes but only if the boat is not too large in frame. Moving water requires
some post processing but its surprisingly OK.

Yes but its not as easy as with film. The idea is to shoot several scans and
mask the passing cars out in PS.

On balance you should probably stick to film but shooting with a scan back
is very possible, esp exteriors on a good weather day.

The later Betterlights have a much improved chip & many people shoot at a
base level of 1200 asa, getting the same quality as I do at 600 asa.
Normally I shoot in studio at 400 - 600 asa with HMI's and outside at 250
asa.
